👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Team - How we work

Our division's main operation covers Ecommerce MD, B2B Sales, Performance Marketing, and Branded Content, each generating industry-top level performance.

(1) Ecommerce MD - Leads the forefront of our global business by strategically operating and managing online channels such as Amazon, Brand Online Store, and TikTok Shop

(2) B2B Sales - Expands local customer base by sourcing, pitching, planning, and managing key On/Offline retail channels

(3) Performance Marketing - Utilizes performance media across both internal platforms like Amazon PPC and DSP ads, as well as external platforms like META and TikTok ads

(4) Content marketing - collaborate with creators ranging from micro to mega-scale, as well as celebrities based on data-driven analysis, brand asset building

🙌What you will do

  • Develop, analyze, and execute influencer marketing strategies for North America and other English-speaking markets.
  1. Plan long/short-form content that highlights the product's USP
  2. Identify and source influencers
  3. Analyze performance and take follow-up actions based on marketing data
  4. Plan, execute, and analyze content expansion strategies linked to performance advertising
  • Strategize and operate d'Alba Global SNS (IG, TT)
  • Operate marketing campaigns such as pop-ups, PR boxes, and Global brand trips
  • Source & establish influencer relationship by launching collaborated contents and campaigns
  • Develop marketing plans aligned with brand's global marketing communication strategy


🎯Requirements

  • Native in English, with educational background in North America or Europe
  • Successful experience in contents marketing
  • A strong interest in beauty, skincare, and makeup-related content on social media(Youtube, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Strong data-driven problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and confident influencing skills – including collaboration and partnership across diverse team environments
  • Successful experience of data-driven problem solving
  • Highly motivated – exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities with high standard


👍 Preferred

  • More than 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or performance marketing
  • Experience in beauty or retail sector preferred, but not required
