👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Team - How we work

We operate the Middle East business with strong ownership and execution, independently managing the entire process from A to Z across merchandising (MD), sales, marketing, and export operations. In this role, you will go beyond routine operational tasks and gain hands-on experience in key areas such as e-commerce channel growth strategies, major promotion planning, and localized marketing initiatives. Through collaboration with internal teams and key partners across the Middle East, you will build practical capabilities required to succeed in the global commerce environment.


🙌What you will do

  • Source, manage, and execute influencer seeding campaigns
  • Plan and manage brand events
  • Manage internal marketing activities within sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, Ounass)
  • Plan and operate performance marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media channels and plan content strategies
  • Execute PR marketing activities including magazine features and other media collaborations


🎯Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Advanced or higher proficiency in Korean
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern countries and culture


👍 Preferred

  • Familiar with local culture and networks in Middle Eastern countries
  • Professional experience in the beauty industry
  • Strong interest and understanding of the cosmetics and beauty industry
