Our division's main operation covers Ecommerce MD, B2B Sales, Performance Marketing, and Branded Content, each generating industry-top level performance.

(1) Ecommerce MD - Leads the forefront of our global business by strategically operating and managing online channels such as Amazon, Brand Online Store, and TikTok Shop

(2) B2B Sales - Expands local customer base by sourcing, pitching, planning, and managing key On/Offline retail channels

(3) Performance Marketing - Utilizes performance media across both internal platforms like Amazon PPC and DSP ads, as well as external platforms like META and TikTok ads

(4) Content marketing - collaborate with creators ranging from micro to mega-scale, as well as celebrities based on data-driven analysis, brand asset building

🙌What you will do

  • Developing, executing, and analyzing influencer marketing strategies for English-speaking markets

1) Planning long-form and short-form content that highlights product USPs

2) Researching and sourcing influencers that align with the brand

3) Conducting performance analysis based on campaign data and driving follow-up actions

4) Building and executing content amplification strategies in connection with performance advertising

  • Planning and managing content for owned media channels (IG, TikTok)
  • Planning and executing pop-ups, PR boxes, and brand trips both domestically and internationally
  • Identifying, onboarding, and managing local influencer agencies per region
  • Conducting competitive analysis and content trend analysis to improve marketing direction


🎯Requirements

• Has a strong interest in beauty/skincare/makeup content across social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)

• Has hands-on experience planning and executing beauty/skincare content with measurable outcomes

• Can identify problems, define tasks, and deliver solutions based on data

• Sets ambitious goals and takes ownership and responsibility to achieve them

• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and exchanges constructive feedback

• Proactively drives projects and delivers tangible results


👍 Preferred

• Have experience in influencer marketing or performance marketing

• Have lived in North America or Europe (study abroad, immigration, etc.) and feel comfortable using English

• Possess business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
