In 2021, we successfully launched the brand in the Russian market, establishing d’Alba as one of the most successful K-beauty brands in Russia today. The brand has solidified its position as a leading K-beauty brand not only on major online platforms such as Ozon, Wildberries, Lamoda, and Letual, but also in premium offline stores like Gold Apple, where it continues to carry out dynamic campaigns and marketing activities. Recently, by appointing global top star Irina Shayk as our brand model, d’Alba has further strengthened its image as a luxury beauty brand in Russia and continues to build strong brand recognition.
The Russia team is a group with independence and strong execution capabilities, autonomously planning and managing the entire process from A to Z — including sales, marketing, and export operations. d’Alba has established a distinguished position in Russia as a luxury brand, ranking at the top across multiple channels and setting itself apart from other K-beauty brands. In this position, you will gain broad, hands-on experience in sales, merchandising (MD), and marketing, leveraging the team’s structured and successful operational expertise. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with various departments and engage in practical communication with local distribution partners and clients in Russia — deepening your understanding of the global market and actively developing your potential as a capable global professional.
• A person with native-level proficiency in Russian
• Someone capable of organizing and analyzing data to derive insights
• Proficient in document preparation and skilled in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience supporting an overseas sales or trade team and contributing to team performance
• Experience in administrative tasks such as document preparation, data organization, and data entry
• Proven ability to improve work efficiency through managing documents such as contracts and invoices
• Strong understanding of Russian culture and local business practices
