(1) Ecommerce MD - Leads the forefront of our global business by strategically operating and managing online channels such as Amazon, Brand Online Store, and TikTok Shop

(2) B2B Sales - Expands local customer base by sourcing, pitching, planning, and managing key On/Offline retail channels

(3) Performance Marketing - Utilizes performance media across both internal platforms like Amazon PPC and DSP ads, as well as external platforms like META and TikTok ads

🙌What you will do

  • Amazon Commerce Sales Management

1) Manage sales targets and KPIs for Amazon Stores (U.S. and Europe)

2) Analyze competitors and develop category-specific sales strategies

3) Plan and execute promotions and advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Brand Campaigns, etc.)

4) Monitor and analyze reviews, rankings, and keywords to optimize performance.

  • TikTok Shop Operations & Growth Strategy

1) Oversee end-to-end operations of TikTok Shop (U.S., U.K., etc.): product listing, content planning, ad management, inventory, and logistics

2) Plan and manage collaborations with TikTok influencers/creators, including ROI tracking

3) Develop trend-based sales strategies and campaign initiatives

4) Lead promotional activities during major platform sales events (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday, etc.)

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Data Reporting

1) Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, design, and video production teams

2) Prepare and present platform-specific sales reports and performance improvement strategies


🎯Requirements

• Has 1–3 years of hands-on experience operating Amazon Seller or TikTok Shop and has achieved tangible business results

• Strong data-driven problem solving skills

• Sets ambitious goals and takes ownership and responsibility to achieve them

• Strong communication and confident influencing skills – including collaboration and partnership across diverse team environments

• Highly motivated – exhibits flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities with high standards

• Is fluent in English (both written and verbal) and comfortable collaborating in a global work environment

• Deep understanding and passion for the global e-commerce landscape

• Strong ability in data-driven decision making and business reporting

• Experience in influencer or creator collaboration campaigns
