This Sales & Marketing Manager position will strategize & execute sales & marketing activities in Middle East with d'Alba's best practice from global markets. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Team - How we work

The Middle East team will plan, strategize, and execute all sales & marketing activities including MD, B2B/B2C sales, marketing, export, etc. As a global sales manager, you will have active engagement with the brand's best practice and co-work with d'Alba's partner companies & other internal teams.


🙌What you will do

  • Strategize regional sales plans across key beauty channels and lead team's sales activity
  • Manage & Operate B2B/B2C sales activities in Middle East
  • Launch orders and operate export process
  • Execute B2C Merchandising work as an MD
  • Run import & sales authorization process for each countries
  • Manage & execute online performence marketing including online commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon), Meta, Google, etc.


🎯Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proficiency in English
  • Over 3 year of full-time relevant experience


👍 Preferred

  • Middle East Background
  • Experience in Beauty Sector
  • High passion and understandings in Beauty sector
  • Amazon MD experience
  • Proficiency in Arabic
